For me this is an outstanding hotel. Fabulous location with a car park. The hotel has a gym, sauna, steam room and 25 mtr swimming pool and it is close to everything you want that's important. It is situated next door to the Liver Building and has lovely views of the River Mersey. I visited this hotel in August 2024 when there were a minority of people creating fear with rioting in the country and the threat of one in Liverpool. The staff member was absolutely wonderful, he told me of the procedure if a riot should happen near to the hotel (which it didn't) he was so lovely he gave me and my friends peace of mind. I can't praise him enough. All the staff, including the barman, were exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel whenever I stay in Liverpool in the future.

A very modern hotel in the center of Liverpool, in the proximity of the St Nicholas church, Royal Liver building, Cunnard building, Liverpool Museum, WW2 Museum, Admirality building. You can organise conferences, events or just stay for a weekend. The view to the sea is amazing. The hotel is in walking distance to Castle street which is full of restaurants. I highly recommend to try this place. A minus is the paid parking...

Spent a fantastic few days here. Very friendly service. Brad was charming at check in, as was, the helpful door man. Nice rooms, we had one problem with the bath, that was fixed quickly. Great views and would definitely recommend. Fabulous parking which let me move around back and forth from the University of Liverpool.

A rather dated 4 star hotel in an excellent location with good parking. The rooms are small and lack some of the modern 4 star facilities (mini fridge, etc) and are in need of some refreshment. Carpets in the corridor are also well worn and dingy. Reception and Concierge staff were excellent. Bar / Lounge was very good but rather cold with so many external doors. Restaurant Breakfast was very good with very well presented buffet.

Receptionists are cold like ice from the first moment we walked in. Didn't feel welcome at all periods of my stay , perhaps feel treated like "this place is not for you" Someone took my jeans after they cleaned my room . I only have it back after I tried to ask twice, no apologies, only explain that my room was too clean, no luggage or bags ... so they thought the jean belonged to someone else before, remove my belonging without any concerns. Well, I went out exploring during the day, I clearly used the bed, bath and grabbed biscuits/drinks for my other room . It seems like they were upset because I requested to clean the room while there's not much needed for cleaning, so took my only belonging I left in the cupboard, along with some waste in the trash . I don't forget the man who helped at the door , he's very nice , helpful and friendly . The location of the hotel is great , pool/sauna/steam room are clean but very cold at the changing room . I think it was the end of the day so they turned off the heating earlier to save energy, because I was warm when I started. Come back again? No thanks And , this is my message for all : you do have plenty of other great places to stay, Liverpool is a great city to explore, but don't stay in this hotel until the staffs change their attitude, do their jobs , treat you right. They should learn to apologize and welcome their guesses
