Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms were roomy and luxurious with retro feel. Food was great and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the ultimate Beatles experience, ...brilliant, thank you!

Stayed during my first trip to Liverpool just last month (6/24). The Hotel & particularly the staff are awesome!!! Friendly, caring, & attentive, they will make sure your stay is the most fun it can be. The Manager - Mo - is an absolute Prince of a man: professional, courteous, & eminently knowledgeable. My Lady companion is recovering from back surgery & also suffers from MS, so she has some movement issues. The Hotel is most accommodating for this & again the staff goes out of their way to help out. The rooms are exceedingly nice & comfortable. Plan on returning next year!

Having checked into Liverpool's Hard Days Night Hotel dedicated to honouring the Fab Four in their home town I'm very pleased with my room and the hotel's open spaces full of imagery reminding us of the Beatles. What has especially stood out for me is the attentiveness and dedication to high quality service of the receptionist, Mahmoud, who has made every effort to ensure I have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel needs to be congratulated for employing someone with such commitment to hospitable service. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Mo on reception who was also fantastic... and went above and beyond.. Thank you so much for your help. Outstanding staff service. Rita Ireland 🇮🇪

PROS: - great location next to Mathew street, so if you're a Beatles fan or a fan of live music, the pubs and Cavern Club are right next door. - we purchased breakfast with our stay and it was quite delicious and well stocked. Coffee was excellent. - service at front desk was very friendly and at the bar as well. CONS: - We stayed in a 3rd floor room which was close enough to the trains and the night clubs so as to hear the rumbling of both, especially at night. - room lighting is too dim, especially in evenings. - entry door rattles a bit when other room doors are slammed (at first we thought someone was knocking) - shower is a tight fit, especially for a man my size (5'11" 225lbs). Overall, our stay did not hinder our experience. There are lots of Beatles images, photos and memorabilia to look at throughout. The location is a great hub if you are visiting the city center or the docks.

If you enjoy booking your hotel 5 months prior to your transatlantic trip, to make sure you get the suite you want, only to have it taken from you and given to a wedding party two weeks before your arrival, then this is the place for you. You would think, if a hotel is going to take said suite from you, they would give you some incentive to still stay in their hotel in a lower category room...wrong. We were offered a lower category room....at a rate higher than I could book it online. However, if you want first class service in beautiful buildings, in great locations, do as we did and stay at the Titanic Hotel or The Municipal where they appreciate your business. After speaking with locals, it was apparent that our forced relocation was a blessing in disguise. Thank you Hard Day's Night Hotel for ensuring we stayed at the best hotels in Liverpool!
