March 2024Last Monday, I had the opportunity to visit this hotel. As soon as I arrived, a warm and friendly staff welcomed me with exceptional customer service.The receptionist on duty, Mahmoud, was incredibly attentive to my needs and ensured that my check-in experience was delightful. To top it off, he kindly offered me a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category. Upon entering the room, I was thoroughly impressed by the spotless cleanliness and modern amenities provided. Its prime location near various tourist places, shopping center restaurants,and convenient access to transportation made my stay even more enjoyable than expected. Overall, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations in terms of convenience, comfort,and quality.I would enthusiastically recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a truly satisfying and wonderful stay in Liverpool.

April 2024Loved this hotel. Very central to everything with the Cavern on the next street. Not noisy though. Live singers in the bar area until 1 pm. Cocktail 2 for 1 for 5-8pm. I would add need more staff in the bar area at busy times. Staff in general were very good - just need more

April 2024Lovely Beatles themed hotel. Twin deluxe room was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't eat at hotel so cannot comment on food. Location was superb - 2 minute walk to the Cavern Quarter, 7 minutes to the Albert Docks, 2 minutes to shopping centre (Liverpool One) and Church Street.

May 2024Great location. Incredible experience if you're a Beatles fan. Brilliant location, central to not only Beatles related tourist sites but also walking distance from most of central Liverpool. Had absolutely wonderful interactions with concierge, Eric. Great guy with infectious laughter and wonderful suggestions.

May 2024Let me say this right off: if you are coming for Beatles tourism, this is the spot to stay! The hotel is a Beatles museum in itself with pictures and the like. And the location is perfect for Beatles fans. The Cavern is around the corner as is one of the museums. The other museum, the statues, the pickup spot for the magical mystery tour etc. are all short walks away. So you should definitely stay here. Otherwise the spot is fine. The rooms are typical, and the breakfast (not included but not too expensive given the lack of other options around) isn't bad. If this wasn't a Beatles hotel it would just be sort of a run of the mill spot. The staff however were wonderful. Super helpful and accommodating. I'd certainly stay here again.
