Glamorous and versatile enough for any social or business event for up to 550 people. The Palace Suite features the latest technical facilities to make any large event a success. Ideal for hosting exclusive conferences over a dedicated floor in the hotel. This space comprises of a principle event space that can separate into two rooms, along with four syndicate rooms for break-out seminars and a pre-function area.\
The principle room accommodates up to 550 delegates theatre-style and the pillar-free space is perfect for presentations and product launches. Direct street access from High Street Kensington and an onsite car park are ideal for large groups and event set-up crew. The Palace Suite is ideal for any glamorous occasion or corporate gathering; including weddings, award-ceremonies, product launches, fashion shows or association dinners, to name a few.
Comfortably accommodating up to 420 for a seated dinner, the pillar-free space allows greater flexibility and can accommodate a dance floor, whilst the pre-function area is ideal for a champagne reception.
Our Executive Boardrooms can hold from 10-30 delegates and offer you comfort and privacy when doing business in London. Each offers secure entry and your own private refreshment station. Choose from 4 individual boardrooms located within The Palace Suites or second floor where natural lighting features.

June 2024Absolutely love this hotel. Great, fantastic personnel, perfect location since we were going to Royal Albert Hall, right on Kensington High street with shops, restaurants and cafe's. Really close to subway. We stayed in a deluxe garden room with huge windows toward Hyde park. Really clean, suited our Scandinavian sensibilities. Whatever you do, do NOT miss the piano bar! Superb, high class entertainment , totally made our night❣️ Not budget but you get what you pay for!

July 2024I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel on a number of occasions and I’ve never been disappointed. The rooms, hallways and restaurant areas are always very clean and well maintained. The staff are professional, polite and always go above and beyond to help make your stay more enjoyable & comfortable. I have been fortunate enough on more than one occasion to be served by Istvan in the restaurant. He is awesome. Thank you!

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure every guest feels welcome. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!

August 2024It is far from the Oxford street and many tourist attraction will be needed to go by car since it is 40 minutes away by walk, the service is very underwhelming and bad and they overcharged our stay double the price and said it was jot their fault the cleaning service was not good and there was a very bad smell when we entered the room it smelled like cigarettes and the concierge took way too long to bring our stuff to the room. We all got food poisoning from their food. The room was not like the photos and was very small.
