June 2024We celebrated Mum’s 80th birthday here with a wonderful lunch. We were a group of eight and had a fantastic table in the restaurant with full view of the Suspension Bridge. I found that the prices were value for money and the quality of the food and service was great. Jorge was our waiter and was friendly, super-attentive and really contributed to a wonderful experience. An absolute recommendation from me.

May 2024We have stayed here twice nice - the first time in a Deluxe Balcony room over NYE and the second time in a Junior Suite. Both rooms were very modern & had lovely, fun decor. The bathtub in the junior suite was a really treat with a lovely view of the bridge. The service was pretty good and the location in Clifton is great. The rooms were pretty quiet other than hearing people in the corridor which is sometimes unavoidable.

May 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Calling ahead gave us all the information we needed about car parking. We arrived early and were given access to one of the limited on site spaces. Upon checking in we went to our deluxe balcony room, which we heartily recommend. These are by no means the grandest rooms, but it had everything we wanted from a very large bed to a powerful shower. The full width balcony with views over the gorge and the suspension bridge added to our stay. Reception and room service staff were polite and helpful. A great place from which to explore Clifton. Thank you all.

June 2024The missus and I came for a few nights recently. The locale is amazing, the hotel looks a little tired around the edges. They are dog tolerant but just understand there may be a charge. I didn't pay one as wasn't pre informed! Didn't do food at the hotel as even small dogs aren't welcome. My honest advice, Clifton village has the best places to eat!! Primrose cafe for breakfast is the best, and coppa for dinner are highly recommended. They're a 5 minute walk.

June 2024Just came here 22/06/2024 in the lovely weather to enjoy a drink with a view, accompanied by my girlfriend. We both ordered double Bacardi gold rum & coke To our surprise the coke came out in tiny bottles and completely flat… for a whopping £12.50 each, CHEEK!
