Hoar Cross Hall, The Old Library

Fantastic evening with the wife. The roof top terrace was unmissable. The hot jacuzzi in the winter can't be beaten. Great friendly staff, wonderful facilities, indoor pools and spa's were great also. Highly recommended for a lovely couple's retreat and chill tome together.

This is a beautiful hotel, with lots of really interesting and unexpected features. Check out the Grade ll listed wallpaper in The Ballroom and the amazing mirror in The Library, which is the mirror inspiring Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass.’ The new Spa Terrace is a fantastic feature and is big enough to accommodate the many groups of people that used it - the bar service was particularly welcome here! The service has been efficient warm and welcoming, the food of an excellent standard (particularly the breakfast) and the facilities of a great standard. We come here every year for a well-earned break and look forward to coming again next year!

I have just had a fantastic spa day here with a massage. Firstly I would like to mention the reception staff. They were an absolute pleasure. Full of smiles attentive and helpful. Ellie on reception was extremely welcoming and made my day start with a big smile on my face. Good staff are hard to find. Great staff are near impossible. Reception staff are fantastic at this hotel. As were the catering staff. Every one was really helpful and friendly. What a beautiful place to visit. Food was good facilities great. Over all I enjoyed every part of my day here and will definitely be returning soon.
