I had such a wonderful experience at Hoar Cross Hall. Following a super generous gift of a voucher from some friends I experienced a delicious afternoon tea, a manicure and a 60 minute Alchemist Urban destress massage. The staff were above and beyond kind, professional and attentive. All staff friendly and super hardworking. Everything was in perfect order and I was made to feel really special. Thank you for making my experience as special as it was. Can't wait to return with my husband

Wonderful and very relaxing overnight spa experience with dinner, breakfast and lunch in that order. This was an experience worth every penny! Stunning grounds, superb facilities and very attentive staff throughout! The meals were part of the package and were amazing! Beautifully presented 3 course lunch and dinner using locally sourced fresh produce which tasted delicious! No surprises that they are an award winning restaurant and spa! The attention to detail is to be applauded! I had experienced the day spa before, but unfortunately did not get the full experience as the hydrotherapy pool was under repair! However, all the facilities were available this time and definitely worth my special treat! Highly recommend a visit 👌🏾

Just come home from fabulous couple of days at this beautiful spa. I can't say enough about it, everything was perfect and I can definitely recommend. Staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming they're a credit to the Hotel/Spa - had a particularly warm welcome from a knew member of the Reception Team 'Liv' she was lovely and very knowledgeable about the facilities already, such a lovely young lady - a credit to the team, thanks Liv. Will definitely be going again and can't recommend enough.

I recently enjoyed a two-night spa break at Hoar Cross Hall, my first visit to this stunning hotel and spa and I was pleasantly impressed from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, blending historic charm with modern comforts. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The spa facilities are fantastic, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. Whether unwinding in the thermal suites or taking a dip in the pool, every area felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. My spa treatment was excellent—highly skilled therapists and a calming atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating experience. Dining at Hoar Cross Hall was another highlight. The food was delicious, with a well-curated menu that catered to a range of tastes. One standout moment was the exceptional service from our dinner waiter, Max W. He was not only professional but also incredibly entertaining, adding a personal touch to the evening that made it all the more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at Hoar Cross Hall exceeded expectations. The combination of beautiful surroundings, top-tier spa facilities, delicious food and outstanding service made for a truly relaxing break. I’ll definitely be returning!

    April 2025

We had an absolutely brilliant time here. We booked a 2 night package which included 2 evening meals, 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches over the course of our stay. We had a standard double room and were actually put in the accessible room which was spacious with a large wet room. The placement of the toiletries in the shower isnt the best, the shower washes the liquids out of your hand as soon as you pump some into it so I had to keep turning the shower off to get enough to use. Luckily as we spent so much time in the spa we used those showers mostly. The spa facilities are second to none, the roof terrace was beautiful, plenty of room in the 3 hot jacuzzi pools. Sunbeds, benches, sofas, day beds with canopies. Staff taking our drinks orders from the pool side. The cost of drinks seemed very expensive to me but I guess that's pretty standard for a luxury hotel. The salt water pool, Nordic ice and heat suite, massage suite were all great. If it had been raining or cold we'd have spent more time down there but as it was glorious weather, despite it being early April we spent most of the time on the Roof Terrace. The service was a little slow on some days so we felt like we missed out on using the spa after dinner. We skipped dessert on a few meals, even though it was included in the price, because the portions were that filling and delicious we couldn't fit it in. My friend and I had decided to go here rather than go abroad and we are so glad we did. We will definitely be back!
