June 2024As with all Hilton hotels we've stayed at, this one is modern, clean, and well equipped. The hotel is really convenient even though we were travelling from T3. There is plenty of parking space to leave your car at a reasonable price. My only criticism is that after parking your car , you have to carry your luggage up some flights of stairs to get to the level of the hotel entrance. However, to be fair,I understand you can request a staff member to collect your luggage in the car park or drop off your luggage at the hotel entrance before entering the car park. An elevator or ramp would be ideal. A 5 minute walk from the hotel under a covered walkway to Terminal 4. Just caught the underground to T3. Total time 30 mins to get from Hilton T4 to Terminal 3. That includes waiting time for the train. If you don't want to walk and catch the underground, there is a regular hoppa bus H2A That picks up outside Hilton T4 and drops off at T3 and T2. This has a charge, and as of May 2024, it was £6.80 per adult one way. Travel time was approximately 20 minutes to T3

May 2024Brilliant hilton hotel. The hotel is connected with the LHR terminal 4 via a walk bridge which is a 7 minute walk and fully accessible compatible. The rooms are nice and fresh, the lobby is high ceiling, full of natural light and airy. The executive lounge is open from 8am to 10am pretty nice. The breakfast is brilliant. Overall a Recommended…!

May 2024Moved here after an issue at a different Hilton property. From the moment we walked in the staff was outstanding. Special mention to Anita who could not have been more helpful after a frustrating day. This is a great spot to spend a night before/after a flight! Thanks to all!

March 2024Long journey required a place to recover. The architecture of this place is quite fascinating. All the rooms look down on the central atrium where the bar and restaurant is. It’s very interesting but not intrusive. Rooms are clean and of high specification. No complaints. Top marks to the check in team who on spotting I had been through a gruelling journey gave me a free drink voucher. It’s the small things that matter!

May 2024This is a standard high end Airport hotel. Quality and service are very good, but overpriced due to the convenience of the location near the airport. Overall the experience is very positive and if you are on a business trip or have visitors coming to Heathrow, you won't go wrong with this hotel.
