June 2024Excellent stay from start to check-out!! Wonderful staff, especially Edward who was my server in the restaurant the evening of my stay. Thank you very much Hilton! Used the train to return to hotel from terminal 3 after dropping off rental car and the hotel is just a short walk from terminal 4. The underground has a direct (and free) train between terminal 3 and 4. The whole process was about 20 minutes. The next morning I happened to catch the bus at just the right time to get straight to terminal three, small cost but didn’t have to carry luggage on the train so worth it.

August 2024I visited there for a walk-in breakfast buffet only. So, there are no comments about the room. The staff in the restaurant were nice and polite. There are plenty of choices: pastries, full English breakfast, fresh fruits and salads, hot and cold drinks, porridge, cereals with no-sugar almond milk (suitable for people who don't like sugar), and instant-cooking omelette (meat and vegetarian) by a chef. The price (less than £20) was reasonable for a 4-star hotel in Heathrow Airport area.

September 2024Friendly, helpful, and informative people at the front desk. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. The shower was great! Easy access to and from Heathrow and the trains that connect all the terminals. Good restaurant on the first floor… OXBO Kitchen. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a hotel at Heathrow.

September 2024Excellent location on the west side of the city but connected into town through the tube for Elizabeth and Piccadilly lines. Breakfast was great everyday, shoutout to Payal for incredible attentions at the restaurant!! Overall will definitely stay here again when working in the west of town!! Wonderful rooms and experience.

July 2024The hotel is very nice. We've used their conference facilities a few times and they're pretty decent. The only issue is the service in the restaurant is very slow. The food is nice though and the rooms are modern and clean.
