The Barns Hotel offers five well-appointed suites for your wedding. The stunning 13th-century Tithe Barn, with its timber frame and red brick, exudes charm and character. The Barn is both the oldest and largest venue on-site and can accommodate up to 90 seated guests for your celebrations. The light and spacious AA Rosette WineGlass Restaurant is another delightful option for your day. Both the Barn and restaurant have easy access to the wonderful outdoor areas which offer enchanting backdrops for your treasured photos. Alternatively, for a more intimate occasion, we have two smaller suites which boast views over the gardens.

February 2025I have stayed here many years ago and my stay was really good but recently I met family here for lunch. There was 20 of us, great selection of food on the menu, all meals were served up hot and tasted really nice, I personally recommend the sea bass which was served with coconut rice and Chinese vegetables, absolutely delicious! Would definitely eat here again when I’m in the area.

March 2025We stayed here last night to celebrate our engagement. We had such a wonderful time, the staff went out of their way to make our stay one to remember and we were very well looked after. They couldnt do enough for us and everyine was very friendly. We will definitely come again, thanks so much for such a lovely stay

March 2025Me and my boyfriend stayed for anniversary at the king's fisher in Bedford was an amazing experience. Emma at reception was amazing and was happy to change our rooms along with the manager which was lovely lady too with 2 free beers. Joe and alex as serving us all weekend, so polite and professional and helping out every need. My experience of the kingfisher's arms was the best customer service I've think I've actually ever stayed anywhere. where everyone was on point polite and very friendly. Will be going back every year for anniversary and we're definitely recommend it to other people to stay there and especially the food was amazing worth every penny.

February 2025Just went for a meal as it was a convenient location for us. It was in early February, so I couldn't get the best of the river views that the summer would have, but nevertheless, nice views from the restaurant. Service was good food was good I would go again. The only downside was the ubiquitous "discretionary service charge" that appears to have become the norm in pubs bars and restaurants. I hope those who work in places that do this pay 10% to 12% on every item they buy from every shop, garage, or service they partake in.

March 2025Had Christmas dinner here paid I lot of money not worth it at all food was cold nothing special,you would expect for the amount they charge you would get a hot dinner and decent veg never again give this one a wide birth . Was meant to wright this review back in December but forgot.
