Our sustainably built, BREEAM accredited Conference Centre sits just minutes away from our recently renovated, Grade 1 listed Manor House and Gardens - Rothamsted Enterprises can offer you an unparalleled combination of the old and the new for your next meeting.
We have a range of conferencing and meeting room facilities across both our venues:
• A tiered 300 seat auditorium for formal conferences and musical performances, with high-spec audio visual and media streaming capabilities
• A large galleried area for exhibitions and displays that can also
serve as an auditorium to seat up to 200
• An internal plaza where delegates can enjoy refreshments and networking
• Six break-out seminar rooms to accommodate 10 – 80 people, ideal for sessions in boardroom, cabaret or theatre styles
• A fully-equipped press room with high speed Wi-Fi and advanced media facilities
• Stunning 17th century surroundings across four rooms in our Manor House
• Free conference centre car park and wi-fi access
Rothamsted is uniquely situated to host a range of events. We are just 10 minutes from central St Albans and 10 minutes from London Luton International Airport and 25 minutes from London St. Pancras International. Our professional service means we can accommodate most needs.
Rothamsted Manor is a Grade 1 listed building and therefore has conduct rules and heritage guidelines which must be adhered to. A full copy of our guidelines is available from the team upon request. Failure to abide by these terms may lead to a fine and/or termination of your event with immediate effect. Rothamsted Conference Centre: Unavailable for private events. Please enquire about Rothamsted Manor for private events and weddings.
Our state-of-the-art 300-seat auditorium is our flagship event space and was built back in 2015 for the purpose of delivering formal conferences at Rothamsted. Since then, our reputation for excellence in events has grown considerably and we now attract national and international business and science conferences and events to this magnificent space.
The Auditorium is constantly used for a variety of events including formal conferences, business briefings, meetings, product launches, staff away-days, lectures, awards ceremonies, musical performances, press briefings, comedy nights, training days, product or software demonstrations, seminars, team-building events, filming. The sky’s the limit! Its look is sure to leave your delegates wowed.
With the very latest in audio visual and media streaming capabilities, we are fast becoming Hertfordshire’s go-to venue of choice for all events, marketing, and business professionals looking to host a large-scale event.
This space can be used with Rothamsted Conference Centre’s Plaza area, which is perfect for networking, lunches, drinks receptions, exhibitions, before or after your auditorium event.
Direct access from the stage area at the front of the auditorium to our lower ground room, which can be used as break-out rooms for presenters to prepare.
Those clients who book our whole venue exclusively will also be offered solutions for live streaming to other rooms.
