We arrived here after midnight having missed a flight. But the staff were great. They organised rooms quickly and even provided some take away breakfast for the journey back to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nice beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Location is great and so close to the airport. I could see the planes on the tarmac from my room...that's how close it is. Service was a 4 star because my other reservation was canceled. I was told the prepay advance payment was not made on time...I had requested to pay at the counter. Had to book an alternate because they were sold out. My guess is ..they wanted to fill my room and canceled without checking up on me. They can keep your luggage if you have future reservation so that's a big plus.

We stayed at this hotel due to a flight cancellation and the airlines arranged for it. The check in was smooth despite there being a queue of people. They had decent food too. A lot of Indian curry options. The rooms were small yet comfy and clean. The bathroom was also odor free and nice. Overall a nice hotel

This was a very nice hotel. Room was very nice although was a squeeze for 3 people. Lobby area with restaurants and cafe was very impressive. We had dinner and it was very good. The breakfast also did not let us down as well -. It was a very good buffet breakfast. I scored service down as there was a continuous intermittent fire alarm from 1am the morning which woke up all the guests. Fire procedure was a bit lacking. Lots of people complain about this thou. Such a shame as it was a very nice hotel. Location is excellent!

We had an awful, awful experience here, start to finish. Waited 2 hours for a room, disgusting bathroom, and fire alarm going off for an hour overnight. We were coming into town for just one night for an event, and had requested early check-in days prior to our arrival to give us time to change before the event. When we arrived at 12:15, we were told there was not a single clean room in the hotel and would need to wait 90 minutes. We ate at the restaurant while waiting (restaurant staff was actually lovely), and then began checking back in around 1:30/1:45pm. Desk staff (which included a woman I assume was the manager on shift) was dismissive and just told us to keep waiting without a timeline. Finally, we approached a new desk staff member who told us it only should take 30-45 minutes after our initial arrival to prepare a room. It eventually took over two hours before we were in a room, and were late to our event. The bathroom in our room was disgusting. The shower was unbelievably dirty (see pic) and did not drain, leaving the entire bathroom floor soaked after only 2-3 minutes with the water running. The worst part was that the fire alarm went off (false alarm) for an hour overnight when we only had from 12a-5a to sleep before our flight. It began around 2:30a, with guests poking our heads out of rooms to look for guidance from nonexistent hotel staff. When we finally made our way down exits to the front of the building, we found exactly one hotel staff member on duty to assist the entire hotel of people. He informed us we could return to our rooms, but the fire alarm continued sounding until 3:30a as they could not figure out how to turn it off. Every aspect of the fire alarm issue was unacceptable - no information or assistance available and keeping the entire hotel awake for an hour in the middle of the night. Not to mention there was no sign of any emergency response vehicles/personnel from the alarm anyway; the individual in charge of the hotel’s safety response massively screwed up. Overall beyond upset at every aspect of our experience at the Renaissance London Heathrow. Recommend travelers stay anywhere else, we would never, ever go back.
