Had to stay here as my airlines put me up for a night. Being a budget hotel by the airport, this place was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet and the service was timely. It’s about a 15-20 minute ride from Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. The dinner buffet spread was limited and can be better, however, the breakfast spread was quite good.

Radisson Blu Edwardian at Heathrow truly feels like my second home. The staff are always amazing and helpful, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience every time I stay. The room service is prompt and reliable. One of the highlights is Steak & Lobster, conveniently located in the hotel lobby. The gym is well-maintained, neat and efficiently equipped. Overall, this hotel consistently delivers excellent service, comfort, and convenience, making it my go-to choice near Heathrow. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu near Heathrow Airport and, unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. While the hotel premises are well-maintained and very clean, the overall experience was deeply disappointing due to the poor service. The staff, particularly the night team, were unhelpful and even displayed a degree of hostility. Attempts to contact them for room assistance went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and unsupported. This lack of attention is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The restaurant service was another major letdown. The food quality was shockingly poor—McDonald’s around the corner would have been a far better option. Dining here was a regrettable experience I wouldn’t wish to repeat. To make matters worse, even the simplest task, like booking a taxi through reception, seemed impossible. This level of inefficiency further compounded the frustration during my stay. Overall, while the physical premises are good and the rooms are just acceptable for a “three-and-a-half” star rating, the service quality is so lacking that I’ve decided to remove this hotel from my list of options. I cannot recommend it to others seeking a smooth, stress-free stay near Heathrow.

I have stayed at this hotel every month for the last 12 months 2 nights x 2 rooms) which have been a pleasant experience, however, this is no longer the case !!!! New parking arrangements are horrendous!! Full car park when the hotel is not full. Arnold Clark Vans being stored on the overflow car park and what would appear to be contract parking. Never had a problem parking in the past, even with conferences on. Visited my car last night and couldn’t get in the drivers side door as I couldn’t open the door !! Returned this morning to find a scratch on my car from the Red Tesla that parked next to me !! Both cars parked centrally in the bay, but bays are only 2100mm wide (recommended bay 2300mm between lines) so they can cram as many cars in !!! Having spent nearly £4K over the last 12 months maybe time for a change !!! Not a good experience .

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We frequently travel through Heathrow and have stayed in many hotels nearby, but this establishment has set a new low in both service and comfort. When we checked in, the receptionist informed us that we had booked a room with two single beds. This was incorrect, as we had reserved a superior room with a king bed. We had to show proof of our booking and practically force the clerk to correct the mistake. He begrudgingly changed our room to one with a double bed. The room itself was clean and nicely furnished, but that is where the positives end. By 3:30 am, we were still wide awake because the room was like a sauna. The heating system was stuck at 25°C, and no matter how many times we tried to adjust the thermostat, it reverted to 25°C. With the temperature outside at 0°C, we eventually resorted to opening the window at 4:00 am to cool the room down, only to freeze and close it again by 5:30 am. Finally, after hours of tossing and turning, we started to drift off—only to be woken 15 minutes later by a man whistling and a loud lorry reversing into the loading bay directly beneath our room. This was followed by 45 minutes of banging and crashing as crates were unloaded. The lack of sleep was unbearable, and we left the hotel utterly exhausted. We are convinced that the receptionist deliberately assigned us this room after we pointed out their booking error, as it was clearly the worst room in the hotel. This hotel has appallingly poor customer service and no consideration for guest comfort. If you value your sleep and sanity, avoid this place at all costs. We will never stay here again and strongly advise others to do the same.
