Stayed for overnight and parking for holiday vacation. Very easy to locate parking with plenty of spaces. Check in was a breeze, room was clean and very spacious. Special shout out to “Elvis” who checked us in, first class service.

A very good option for a hotel nearby the airport. I got checked in early by ELVIS. Lovely individual, got me set up and helped out with my stay. Didn’t expect to receive my room before 3pm but ELVIS made it happen. Thank you. And yes I recommend this hotel.

2 night stay to pick up family from Heathrow. Food and service very good. Bijou Bar is a nice place to chill and eat. Really enjoyed our short break. Ideally situated alongside other hotels on the perimeter of Heathrow Airport for other places to eat and drink.

Oh boy. First room had faulty AC and dirty towels. We asked to be moved to a second room, which also had faulty AC - it sounded like a construction truck being driven by a drunk monkey. Go down to complain and the manager says he'll investigate. After an eternity where our patience wears thin, finally comes back to offer a suite. The suite itself was great, as was the food on offer and the decor of the hotel, but the service was such that it's hard to really come back from that. Please do better next time.

I had recently booked a room for two nights at the Radisson as a wedding gift for two friends of mine on their wedding day, with the intention that they would enjoy a relaxing two days at the hotel making good use of the spa and other facilities. However, upon arriving at the hotel late at night, they were made to wait a long period of time before actually checking in whilst they 'checked something with the manager'. After then taking a £50 deposit from them, they eventually made their way up to their room. Less than an hour later, they were asked to leave the hotel for making 'too much noise' due to one of the guests leaving the room to get some air. They were then informed that the police were called and that one of the guests were not allowed to leave the premises with her husband. They were barely given any time to pack up their belongings and were eventually left on the street in the middle of the night. Having complained to both the hotel and my original point of sale, I have been refused a refund on both the deposit as well as the two night booking, even though the guests were in the room for no longer than an hour. I've received limited communication since and have struggled to get hold of anyone from the hotel, having been on hold several times over the past couple of days. Would not recommend.
