This place is just the best ! The staff are quite simply fabulous, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. The evening meal was superb and also breakfast. Rooms are fabulous! Simply perfect. Can not rate it highly enough!!!!

Was really impressed with this hotel and surprised it’s not a 5*. Our room had lovely little details and was amazing for our dog to be well catered for! The breakfast was the best I have ever had, spoilt for choice. The spa was a brilliant touch with great facilities. We felt fully rested and recharged, only regret was staying for 1 night not 2!! Will 100% be returning.

Spa was really good, calm and relaxing environment, just what my daughter & I needed. Julie T gave us the most amazing massages, would highly recommend her. Hotel was just as good, staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The room had breath taking views. Both the dinner and breakfasts were good. Will definitely be going back.

We travel with a disabled family member and it isn't as easy to negotiate as other hotels but that's the price you pay for a lovely old building. The rooms are very well maintained and warm and inviting. Food is excellent but the bet bit is the staff. I arrived late one evening and they kept the kitchen open❤️. Just this week I postponed, then cancelled with no questions from them, except wishes for improved health. Nice people. Lovely place.
