Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hull Grange Park , and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel is managed by a highly competent team, led by General Manager David Cooke. His leadership is evident in the seamless operations and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that pervades the property. I was particularly impressed by Rob Jackson, the Regional Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was tailored to my needs. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests made a significant difference in the overall experience. The day-to-day management team, including Jessica, Chloe, Matt, Maurizio, and Claudio, were equally outstanding. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Whether it was dining recommendations, activity suggestions, or simply ensuring the comfort of my room, they were always on point and incredibly helpful. Special mention must be made of the front-line staff, who truly made my stay unforgettable. Linda Damien and Nickie were fantastic at the reception, always greeting me with a smile and handling check-in and check-out with efficiency and grace. Amy and Hollie, who I encountered several times, were always eager to assist with any queries and provided excellent customer service. Katie and Danielle in the housekeeping team kept my room spotless, paying attention to every detail. Finally, Jeff was incredibly helpful in assisting with my luggage and ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay.

Recently attended a wedding at the hotel which was wonderful. Stayed and had breakfast the following morning, a lady named Linda was extremely helpful and fun! She couldn't do enough to offer a great service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you x

We had the best day, the venue was perfect for our wedding and to find this at short notice was a huge blessing! The day went smoothly the staff were attentive if I had any questions throughout the day they were able to answer them. The food was delicious and a few of our guests also commented on the food saying it was delicious. The Garden is beautiful and offered space for our guests to enjoy the outside and the kids to run around in. We would highly recommend this for a wedding venue it provided for us in a way we could not imagine, we will always think of the Mercure hotel fondly. The rooms were also comfortable.
