December 2024I attended my department's Christmas party, organized by my bosses. Fantastic atmosphere, world-class service, extremely nice and friendly service. The perfect place for such a company party. Delicious food. I highly recommend it.

November 2024My daughter married at King's Croft a few hiccups the night before and lack of heating at wedding breakfast but overall they had a great day location was good staff and service great our master of ceremonies was brilliant and the bar man on evening was good I was a little unwell and he kept me supplied with water would recommend

October 2024We booked this hotel as we were visiting a few local places and it seemed like a good location which it is. When we first checked in we were given a room for 2 adults when there were 3 of us so we were frantically looking around this small room for another bed. We went back to reception and got another room straight away with 2 single beds and a sofa bed, all had a comfortable night sleep, bathroom was wet room style which is handy, and breakfast was ok-good, maybe because we were slightly later for breakfast it had dried out the bacon and scrambled egg which made the meat hard. Great options for breakfast you won’t go hungry. Friendly staff, great steak night menu made much more pleasant but the man who served us (who has family in the south) Nice high views of surrounding town from our room. Domestic staff were great, keeping the room stocked up with tea bags and doing a great job keeping the place clean and tidy throughout our stay. Thank you for a great stay!
