Fitness Studio (Bodyfit Academy), Room For Rent

Started with the 4 week challenge a year ago (last March) and was super pleased with the results so continued to be part of Bodyfit, paying monthly. Group classes are friendly and motivating. The lockdown took classes online but these have been consistent (4 times a week) and it's great that you can do them live or as a replay when it suits you. Ben and the other trainers are encouraging and motivating during sessions. Ben also gives you support with nutrition and encourages you to check in every week to keep you on track. Would recommend to anyone.

Having done a 28 day course with bodyfit a few years ago, I knew signing up to the 8 weeks was going to be a good thing. It has been years since I've been in the gym, so it's really kicked me into getting my routine together again. I'm now craving the next session, I didn't think getting up for 6am would work but I'm up, and I'm loving it. Super friendly. Very supportive. You won't regret it.
