We have a fitness studio space available for hire. We have good open space (around 2100 sqft). As well as fitness equipment for use by qualified individuals. Main availability is daytime and weekends.
We have a 220 soft room available for hire suitable for a variety of uses. It is situated within our fitness studio but has its own private room with locked door.

October 2024Just completed the BodyFit women's 8 week program. Ben was extremely encouraging and involved in every step of the way. The sessions were fantastic and a great community feel to the workouts. Perfect arrangement of turning up for an hours class and having everything ready and planned for you. Very supportive network that keeps you accountable for your progress. This program isn't just for weightless, can help you build fitness and achieve other goals.
