We have a fitness studio space available for hire. We have good open space (around 2100 sqft). As well as fitness equipment for use by qualified individuals. Main availability is daytime and weekends.
We have a 220 soft room available for hire suitable for a variety of uses. It is situated within our fitness studio but has its own private room with locked door.

February 2025I can’t recommend this program enough. After Christmas I was feeling demotivated and unfit. I joined bodyfit for the 8 week challenge, best thing iv ever done. I won’t lie it’s not easy but you get out what you put in.
