There is a range of flexible wedding packages available for you to choose from, each carefully designed with weddings in mind. March 2025I've stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and it was great! Comfortable beds, spacious, very clean, nice bath! Amazing breakfast. And very lovely, kind staff!

March 2025Just spent two nights in this hotel. It was very nice. The room was lovely very clean we had Breakfast and I will say it was lovely such a good selection of food. Eggs pancakes cooked just for you. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent.

February 2025Great location within walking distance of the city centre and most of the visitor attractions. To be fair the hotel was going through refurbishments and so could be quite noisy. Only complaint I would have was that the beds were not the most comfortable I have stayed in. Breakfast was excellent and general service very good.

December 2024We booked a Christmas party night but a large party pulled out so disco was cancelled. Paid £49 for a three course no choice set menu. They gave us 2 bottles of wine between 6 of us. I don't drink wine but wouldn't give me an alternative. The service was good but at the end of the day we had booked it for the disco. We will not be returning next year.

February 2025Just returned from a stay here, sadly disappointed, it’s rate when we have complaints about Hilton stays and being diamond members we stay all over the world. We arrived early evening on Weds to find that there were renovations being carried out to the rooms, this was no where to be seen on booking, and we were offered ear plugs 😩 we had booked a double tower view which wasn’t really a tower view according to staff, but were told there were no other rooms available then 10 minutes later we were told there was a cancellation a king with view, what we weren’t told was that this was one of the in process renovation rooms so no dressing table mirror, the back of the desk wasn’t connected to the wall, only a mirror on the back of the door or bathroom, it was a really dark room as very little lighting, the TV wasn’t working, ear plugs never arrived, noise from a craned truck started at 7.40am, as a disabled person needing a place to sit and get ready this was not a suitable room at all and we weren’t aware this was in the renovation stage until the following morning, if this was a renovation room the designer needs to be looked at, really old fashioned and cheap looking and being used without being finished isn’t acceptable, really disappointed and left straight after breakfast, the location is fantastic and breakfast was great but everything else was very disappointing sadly
