Cancellation policy
Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit has been paid; written cancellations of less than 14 working days’ notice will still be required to make full payment for boat hire and any food, entertainment, boarding drinks, pre-booked wine or decorations booked for the cruise. If less than one calendar month's notice but greater than 14 working days prior to sailing, the boat hire deposit will be kept. Where more than one calendar month's notice or more are given, this will incur a £100 admin charge.

July 2024Overall enjoyed the cruise. Started on time and lasted about an hour. Cruise was tidy and there are also bins for any rubbish. Only thing is they are old and worn.

August 2024Starting point for a very enjoyable river cruise taking in the sights of York at a relaxed pace. The boat is the best way to see the city's many bridges, and offers a different perspective on the historic buildings lining the waterside. The tour guide was humorous and informative. The cruise lasted about an hour, and prices were reasonable - check online for current rates or buy tickets on the day. Plenty of seating available on the boats.
