AMENDMENTS TO GUEST NUMBERS The Agreement shall specify the “anticipated number” of rooms you expect to confirm, and the “minimum number” of guests the Hotel will accept for the booking. The “final number” of guests attending must be agreed with the hotel in advance, and the hotel must be notified within the agreed timeline. Any reduction in contracted guest numbers will be chargeable as follows: Date of changes: Reduced contract numbers: 91 days or more 15% without penalty 31 days to 90 days 10% without penalty 3 days to 30 days 5% without penalty 0 to 2 days Full cancellation charges CANCELLATIONS The Hotel/Company will make reasonable efforts to re-let the accommodation and/or space canceled at similar rates. In the event of a cancellation the Hotel/Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee determined as follows: Timing of cancellation (prior to Arrival Date): Percentage of estimated revenue: More than 6 months 0% 3 months to 6 months 30% 1 month to 3 months 75% Less than 1 month 100% The Deposit will be held until the original Event dates have passed. Any cancellation charges may be offset again the Deposit.

July 2024A really great experience at the Lygon arms restaurant. I was hoping I'd found a foodie spot in James Martin's Grill and indeed I did. The vegetarian dishes were absolutely delicious, despite their apparent simplicity (the tastes were actually quite complex). I loved the cocktails. The atmosphere is both elegant and warm. The staff were also extremely smiley, accommodating and really attentive - it was my boyfriend's birthday, and they were really caring. We can't wait to return to this restaurant!

June 2024Spectacular Breakfast and service by Sander! Our breakfast at The Lygon Arms was a remarkable experience, marked by exceptional food, a charming atmosphere, and exemplary service. The eggs on toast with avocado were outstanding, highlighting the high-quality ingredients and expert preparation. The dining area, with its historic charm and cozy ambiance, made for a perfect morning setting. What truly set the experience apart was the impeccable service from Sander. His attention to detail and warm, attentive nature elevated our meal, ensuring everything was perfect and making us feel genuinely welcomed. For an unforgettable breakfast experience in Broadway, The Lygon Arms is a must-visit.

August 2024We visited last weekend. The hotel itself is quite beautiful . The staff were helpful and attentive. My only slight negative is that we were not furnished with a wine list … I ordered a cocktail from the food menu but when I’d finished it no one asked if I’d like a drink or bring a list of wine by the glass. The food was super and the Grill room is quite lovely. Shame the outside tables weren’t available in the evening but I understand it’s for noise control. The hotel generally doesn’t have air con. It’s unfortunate but not terrible! Our room did actually have it. The spa was a welcome retreat and very relaxing. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I am excited to return again soon!

July 2024The service we received was expectional. Valentino was professional, attentive, friendly and knowledge. He made a huge effort to make sure we had a lovely evening. Max was very helpful prior to and during our meal. The venue is beautiful, parking a little tricky to find. My partners food was extremely good and plentiful. After our meal Oscar gave us a brief tour of the hotel, he was also knowledge and a pleasure to meet.
