A lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We experienced very good service throughout our stay. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile, an easy check-in process and x 2 complimentary drinks coupons. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The restaurant served delicious food for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is situated in the heart of Malvern and the town is on your doorstep, so it's perfect for exploring!

Lovely old building . Great room overlooking the church and church yard. It was very comfortable , clean and had everything we needed including a few little extras , spring water and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious and the service was well managed. The staff were all very polite and professional. Will definitely stay again .

Stayed for one night for my partner's birthday and it was brilliant! Pre-registering online made check in smooth and easy, and all the hotel facilities were easily accessible - we even ordered breakfast to our room and it came right on time. The staff were incredible, massive thank you to housekeeping for finding my keys left in my room and the receptionist for returning them and being great at keeping me updated. Brilliant, clean room with fantastic view. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This is in a special location in Malvern next to the Abbey, hence its name. A short walk from many picturesque parts of the town. An excellent restaurant onsite but within a short distance of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore. Great location for exploring more of The Malvern Hills and Cotswolds. Comfortable and clean, great breakfast included in the room price. Book direct to get a complimentary drink in the bar!

Comfortable rooms and a decent sized car park, just a shame they can't arrange access at car park level as is a fairly steep trek to the main entrance. A Nespresso type machine is provided with 2 pods but these aren't automatically replaced if used. Our room had problems with the toilet flush, we reported it and it seemed to be a bit better but there was still some water constantly running into the bowl. Breakfast was good but the conveyor belt toaster didn't really work - you could have toasted on one side or, if turned over and put through again, burnt. A few bread rolls on offer would have been nice and the marmalade options of Golden or Silver Shred jelly is a bit odd for a 4 star hotel - surprised they still make them!
