The Kingscote Barn is the perfect venue for a unique and exclusive wedding celebration. The Gloucestershire-based venue provides beautiful settings, inside and out, for a truly romantic day.
The neutrally decorated barn is a blank canvas for your chosen theme, colour scheme and style, encouraging you to put your own stamp on the space for the perfect, personal occasion. The Barn is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships with space to accommodate 150 seated guests for the day and up to 200 for the evening reception.
The venue has its own bar, reception area, and south facing terrace which boasts spectacular views across the picturesque valley. The stunning scenery is a photographer’s dream and guarantees you beautiful results for your treasured wedding photos. Special moments can be captured within the charming courtyard, against the backdrop of the gorgeous rolling hills, and in the idyllic Rose Garden.
You can choose between three fantastic catering companies for your delicious wedding breakfast. There is no corkage charge at the venue, so you can choose the perfect drinks to complement your dishes. A licensed cash bar is also an option. Please discuss all of your food and drink requirements with your chosen caterer.
When the day comes to an end, The Kingscote Barn offers you and your overnight guests a great range of luxurious rooms. You can enjoy getting ready ahead of the big day in this beautiful location, making the most of the gorgeous views. We can sleep up to 34 guests on-site, and there are plenty of options for excellent local accommodation nearby.

October 2024We got married on 3rd October at KB and the day was perfect, we had the best day ever! A massive thanks to the KB team but especially our wedding coordinator Georgia. Georgia was so friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional the whole way through. She would answer any questions very quickly leading up to the wedding and provided us with support, advice and reassurance. On the day, Georgia was checking in with the bridal party in the dressing room and liaising with our suppliers. The day itself was perfect, Georgia managed the timings of the day perfectly and ensured it all went to plan. From our final meeting, right up until I walked down the aisle, Georgia was there making sure everything was running smoothly and going to plan. I never actually knew a wedding could be this stress free, but thanks to Georgia, Harriet (one splendid day) and Epic Caterers we really were able to relax and just have the best wedding day possible. We cannot thank you enough! The venue itself is beautiful, including all of the surrounding views of the Cotswolds. The onside accommodation was important to us as guests were travelling from all over, the pods and huts looked gorgeous and we loved the tree house bridal suite! KB is beautiful and we loved the fact we could put our own stamp on it, Harriet from One Splendid Day styled the venue and it was stunning! Exactly how I visioned it to be. We had the most perfect day, the weather was amazing, drinks flowing, everyone smiling and celebrating. We could not have asked for better. Again, a huge thank you to Georgia, Harriet, Epic Caterers and James Fear photography for making the day what it was. November 2024We had our wedding at The Kingscote Barn last month and it was everything we had imagined and more! Our wedding co-ordinator Ashleigh made sure everything went perfectly on the day and she was so lovely too! Nicky from Epic caterers was fantastic, she was really attentive to all our guests and the food was delicious. The barn looked absolutely beautiful on the day and the views were amazing for photos! we can’t wait to visit in the future.

December 2024Great wedding venue, attended a family wedding here, well organised and beautifully maintained grounds and wedding Barn. Food was excellent and accommodation was all you could need and an easy 2 minute walk from the barn. Venue and accommodation were both warm and inviting despite it being December.

December 2024Kingscote Barn was the perfect venue for our autumnal October Cotswold wedding. From the start of viewing the venue to the day itself, Kingscote were beyond kind and helpful and no ask was too big. A particular shout out to Lottie and Laura, thank you so much for helping us to plan our big day and responding to all our wild questions and organising all our suppliers so we didn't have to think about it. The venue itself is so special and absolutely stunning, it was the perfect backdrop. We were even lucky enough to have some surprisingly good weather on the day and Laura was able to arrange for the drinks reception to take place outside, at a moments notice. The whole day ran smoothly and we are so grateful to Kingscote for providing us with the best day possible.
