The village hall is set amongst the beautiful rolling valleys of the Wiltshire Countryside on the Longleat Estate. We boast Lords and Ladies on our doorstop along with a fantastic array of wild animals at one of Britain’s biggest and best safari parks . Although the hall is set in this quintessential English village, the hall is welcoming to all who visit.
The hall itself is a beautiful building looking out onto the sports field (also for hire) and is perfect for a wedding reception, christening or any type of party. The sports field also boasts a recently installed children’s play area. Although the hall is well established the modern facilities inside, allow any function to take place stress free. It invites you to fill a blank canvas however it suits you and your personal needs.
One wedding booking described the hall as follows:
“Using Horningsham Village Hall was like booking a slice of the old-time countryside with a twist of modern facilities. The views alone made our wedding pictures a delight to display and gave us memories we will cherish.”
The main hall is our largest room. Decorated in a fresh neutral palette with a large stage to the rear (with a PA unit available). All tables and chairs are available for 100 people and included in the price and can be set up to your own personal taste. The room has a clean wooden floor perfect for dancing or yoga and able to seat 100* or 160* standing. Within the cost of the hall hire you will also be entitled to access the more intimate jubilee room directly off the main hall and our comprehensively fitted kitchen.

We use the Village Hall and fields for our annual family picnic. A lovely place to meet, and the hall has good facilities if we need them.
