We stayed for 3 nights July 8-11 Upon arrival we were greeted by Chloe and she's a credit to the hotel wonderful young lady. We stayed in Thomas themed room and it was amazing for our son and also mammy and daddy. Breakfast was great good variety of hot and cold food no complaints. Evening was great we really enjoyed the food and service. Hotel was nice and quiet we have stayed in other family friendly hotels and they have been noisy late at night but not here great nights sleep indeed. We had a 10star experience overall and we thank you for a stress free experience we made great memories so thank you very much it was definitely worth the drive from Dublin.

I stayed one night in Drayton manor hotel for a client visit. I was assigned an executive room with a double bed, a steer view, Coffee/tea/milk, hair dryer with wifi and all the commodity to have a great night and work. For 136 pounds the English breakfast was included. The service was great, staff was welcoming, helpful and competent. It is the hotel of a theme park which is closed at the moment. Great park and green areas around I would come back. My only negative point is about the location which was a bit far from everything except the theme park. Except from that, superb place.

Stayed with granddaughter overnight for a couple of days in the themepark. Room was clean and bathroom was perfect. Only the air-conditioning being underpowered stop me giving the room 5 stars. The staff were wonderful and we had evening meal and breakfast. Had read food reviews online and was dreading it. But the evening meal was great, 3 courses for granddaughter was £13 and she enjoyed it. 2 burger and chips for adults and a couple of drinks and the total bill was £50. Food was hot and tasty (especially the fries). Service was fantastic, would highly recommend. Breakfast was not as good, reasonable options, although the only eggs were scrambled. Food was warm but not hot. I would give it 3 1/2 stars for the breakfast.

Lovely hotel, friendly and welcoming staff, nice clean rooms, decent enough breakfast, but do not eat in the garden room restaurant or anything buffet style in the afternoon/ evening. Buffet unattended, several flies landing on the food 🤮 put us right off, was told couldn’t order from the menu in either restaurant but could order room service, spoke to several members of staff about this and not one mentioned the service charge. The pizza we ordered to our room was overpriced garbage, tasted very cheap and charged for it to be delivered to our room for the privilege.
