The rooftop bar here is absolutely beautiful. We sat outside for hours enjoying drinks. The atmosphere calm, peaceful, and able to see the gorgeous views of Bournemouth. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. It's expensive indeed, but worth it for a little treat and great service

We had a great time staying at the hotel. It is an excellent place to explore around including the beach, the hotel pool and sauna are also great. The breakfast was amazing. There are public parking not far from the hotel. The staffs were really helpful.

Nice overall experience, staff were reasonably welcoming, but the language barrier was a bit tricky. £13.50 for parking is extortionate, especially as you can self park for half that opposite the hotel. Rooms - well decorated and luxurious, but let down by little things such as no down lighting (common issue with Hilton), carpets being tired and pulling up in places, and spider webs on the balcony. (£180.00 a night for context) TV had limited connectivity. However, it is nice to see built-in HDMI capabilities. Beds - hard and creaky and the pillows... my goodness, they hurt your neck. They look substantial but crumble into nothing with any weight... (again standard Hilton)... I had to put the throw pillows underneath to support them. Breakfast - the saving grace.... a-ma-zing... best I've had for a while.

I come to Bournemouth often to visit my family and I am still searching for the best place to regularly stay. I hoped it'd be the one, but was faced with reality. There are many things I disliked, but two of them stood out. 1. Extremely rude staff. The only physical bank card I had on me got blocked due to suspicious activity, so I only had my phone on me through this whole trip. All the hotels were prepaid, so there were no issues anywhere. But that's not the case for this hotel. I arrived exhausted after a long drive and they greeted me with a request to pay some extra deposit (which is laughable in general), I didn't mind though and was going to pay with my phone just to be rudely stopped with "card only". They don't know that phone payments are classed as card payments, but whatever. I explained that I didn't have a physical card on me. So instead of suggesting any solutions they just told me they wouldn't check me in and suggested to not stall and go away. 2. Spa facilities. I believe you shouldn't say you have them when most of the time is assigned for KIDS. Not kids-hours are only: 6am till 8am and 6pm to 9pm (so if you have any plans in the evening or you don't want to wake up at 6am, this facility is not for you). During kids' hours, it's impossible to use any facilities both because they're packed and because the level of screaming is simply insufferable. So the statement that the hotel provides those facilities needs to come with a MASSIVE DISCLAIMER that most likely you won't be able to use it. There are many other issues I could have highlighted, but I simply don't want to waste any more of my time on that hotel. My advice: if you need to stay in that area, staying in the Hamptons by Hilton is much better, it is lower in stars, but all services are MUCH nicer.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The first three nights were pleasant, with friendly and accommodating staff making the experience enjoyable. However, my experience on the fourth night was less than satisfactory due to an encounter with a receptionist named Renata. When I extended my stay for an additional night, she quoted a price double what I had paid for the previous three nights for the same room. Initially, Renata appeared nice, but her demeanor quickly turned rude and disrespectful. She provided incorrect information about the parking next to the hotel, which was frustrating. While her tone was submissive, it became apparent that her attitude varied depending on the guest. She was notably nicer to older individuals and men, indicating a selective approach to customer service. Renata's behavior towards me was unprofessional and judgmental. Although she has the capacity to be courteous, her selective friendliness was disappointing. If you're considering staying here, be aware of this particular staff member's inconsistent behavior. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but interactions with Renata can significantly affect your experience.
