From a small meeting to a large outdoor wedding reception, our beautiful Grade II listed grounds and award-winning Activity Centre offer the ideal spaces for conferences, parties, exhibitions and a host of other events tailored specifically to your requirements.

Our Activity Centre comprises of a sports hall which can hold up to 1000 people, a reception area, two dance studios and a hospitality area with terrace. Our activity centre offers a flexible space for you to create your perfect event. Each area can be hired individually from £100ph or for larger events the whole building is available from £600ph.

With over 100 acres of stunning grounds St Georges Weybridge is the perfect venue for all outdoor events and weddings. Offering you complete freedom to create the event and day of your dreams. Grounds hire from £3000.

A licenced site, with a beautiful Activity Centre at the heart of outstanding facilities, set in a variety of fields surrounded by rivers and woods, St George’s really is a multi-use, flexible event space.

As we are a school, our facilities can only be hired when the children are not here. This means evenings and weekends during term time but during holiday periods, any day or length of time can be considered.

The Trailfinders Hall

The Trailfinders Hall is located within our award-winning Activity Centre and offers a truly versatile space. Capable of seating 800-1000 guests, making it the ideal venue for fundraising dinners, summer balls, wedding receptions, exhibitions, large conferences and more.

The Trialfinders hall has a unique glass floor, meaning that with the touch of a button, professional level courts are displayed from underneath using LED lights. Making it perfect for sporting events and team away days.

We offer our Trailfinders Hall as Dry-Hire, giving you complete freedom to choose the catering companies and event managers of your choice. We do work in partnership with Alexander Marquees who offer Catering, Furniture Hire and more, however there is no obligation to use these. This gives you the independence to have the event you wish without being tied to the venue provided suppliers. All we ask is that the venue is returned in the condition it was let ready for the children to use again.

This modern and spacious facility benefits from natural daylight, Wi-Fi connectivity, air conditioning and is fully accessible for disabled guests.
