Great location for a party; purpose built nightclub below the hotel to allow for a celebration to happen without disturbing or affecting the rest of the venue.

Some confusion over rating but definitely 5*. Friendly staff, lovely lounge area and well appointed room. Beds were so comfortable we didn't make breakfast! Would stay again.

As our flight was cancelt we were stranded at Gatwich and got to stay for one night at Reigate Manor. That really was our blessing in disguise! What a lovely hotel! The staff was really pleasant and complaisant. The rooms (we had two, one for me, one for my daughters) were nice and clean - I just love the tea sets in hotel rooms in England! The beds very comfortable. The hotel has a slightly fading elegance appearance, that makes it very charming IMO. We got in just in time for a fine dinner, breakfast the next day was perfect! As we had to leave the rooms at 11am we all stayed in the lobby in very lush and comfortable sofas for another tea until it was time to leave for the airport. All in all a lovely surprise! Thanks again to the staff for your warm welcome to grumpy and freezing ad hoc guests!

Stayed here for 3 days with travelzoo deal. Hotel is about 100 years old so difficult to make it modern so felt a little dated but everywhere was clean and tidy and hotel had a warm comfortable feel to it with rich colours. Beds were very comfortable. All the staff and management were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, but a limited selection but ample portions and cooked to perfection, our only criticism was service to get food was a bit too slow so you did have plenty of time between courses but it was worth the wait. The cream tea served in afternoon was the best we have had for some time, you have to order and wait as the scones are cooked to order only, so delicious. Hotel location was good for us to do some walking but we didn't rate Reigate for shopping, if this interests you visit Dorking instead which was much better, and visit Boxhill for stunning views.

Paid over £350 to stay here for two nights (without breakfast). Came down to the reception this morning to have a look around the bar area and was treated very rudely by the lady on reception. Was chased into the bar area to be asked if we were staying in the hotel and were then followed out of the hotel. Both myself and my partner felt like we had done something wrong with the insinuation that we might have been looking to steal something. The encounter felt very personal and has made us feel quite unwelcome.
