The Arlington Square Centre is in a 22-acre urban business park in an attractive landscaped location with a lake and fountain, close to Bracknell town centre. A grand atrium spans the front of the building providing a relaxed and open communal area. This is a prestigious location. The park was originally designed to reflect the proportions of Mayfair's St James's Square and it has attracted some of the best major blue-chip companies. Household names from the hi-tech, IT, financial and communications sectors are based here. Access is excellent, both to the motorway network and public transport. Bracknell is just one hour from London and has shown great long-term resilience since 1949 when it was selected as one of eight new towns to alleviate the housing crisis caused by World War II. Today it has a strong, vibrant economy with a reputation for enterprise and a highly skilled workforce.

The space is 23 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

They haven't gone downhill. They've fallen off a cliff. In just 3 months they created a halal café, (so no more bacon rolls or ham sandwiches), charged their clients for parking in their agreed spaces, didn't fix air conditioning and allowed two Afghan migrants to rent a broom cupboard as an 'office 'which they sleep in. Oh and they've completely stunk out the whole 1st floor waiting area. Good work Regus. As long as two Afghans and a parking enforcement company are happy don't worry about everyone else.
