With nine distinct event spaces available, from intimate boardrooms to spacious suites, the hotel can accommodate gatherings of all sizes, accommodating anywhere from 6 to 450 delegates. The accommodation is equally impressive, with a total of 144 bedrooms. This makes it an ideal venue for larger residential conferences. Additionally, if desired, the entire hotel can be exclusively booked for a truly personalized event experience. All event spaces are equipped with modern amenities like air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and high-quality audiovisual equipment.

For special occasions like gala dinners, awards ceremonies, corporate celebrations, and Christmas parties, Oatlands Park Hotel offers a choice of nine room options, including the grand York Suite, the charming Garden Room, and the sophisticated Cromwell Suite.

We were staying in Weybridge for the weekend and booked afternoon tea here with a friend as a treat. Everything was perfect, from our greeting on arrival to the service and the quality of the food. Two of us didn't eat meat and this was accommodated without fuss plus extra jam and cream was provided when requested. The surroundings were understated and elegant and overall it was a very memorable experience. I definitely hope to be back next time we are in the area.

Hana was incredibly helpful when we came to book an afternoon tea for a family birthday. As it was a group booking there were a number of considerations and everything was taken care of and the communication could not have been better. Outstanding service.

Lovely hotel and the style is so nice. The food at the restaurant was really good. The portions in some of the dishes could have been bigger but otherwise it all tasted very good. Loved the Panna Cotta. The rooms were good and big. The only issue was the shower. It had no curtain or shield and got the floor easily wet, especially the door. By the looks of it the door has been impacted a lot by this constant water damage.

Since the hotel was only five minutes away from my niece it proved to be the right locale for a few days visit. On Sunday I treated the family to lunch which proved to be exactly what you need beef Yorkshire’s etc. Service was average with the bar being particularly slow as people were ordering food which meant the bar staff had to leave and collect the dishes. The room seemed to have been refurbished but the bathroom was very small.

We stayed here for one night due to an event on Sunday being far from where we live. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The hotel communal areas are very well presented. The big issue though as per the photos is the standard of the rooms. We had an executive room which is an upgrade from the standard rooms. They are spacious but the windows are covered in mould and the walls are covered in marks. The biggest surprise here though is that the shower has no door. The water therefore covers the whole bathroom floor leaving is unusable. I thought this may have just been a case of a handyman leaving the door off and not telling the staff, but when we raised it, it became apparent it was an intentional move by the hotel who found the doors weren't compliant so have removed them and not replaced them. All in all, for the price, I wouldn't stay again. The mould is a health hazard and the hotel needs to improve the details in the room.
