The perfect Hampshire country venue, on the border of Surrey: this historic grade-II listed, 18th Century manor house, surrounded by manicured gardens, and handily located just outside of London, is ideal for Weddings, Events, Corporate Away Days, Meetings and so much more.
The classically elegant room features crystal chandeliers, delicate vine-leaf engravings, marble flooring. Tall French windows allow natural light to flood the room, and offer views of the terrace and grounds. The room has a bar area, toilet facilities, and outdoor terrace leading to the Nuns’ Garden, with its water features and a large magnolia tree providing natural shade in the summertime.

Fantastic to have these cottages available for guests to stay for weddings. They are lovely and great to keep people together but I do think that, for the price being charged, the breakfast included needs to be re-thought a little. Realise it has been done to ensure the breakfast does not need to be delivered in the morning but I'm sure there's a slightly better option!

Such a good idea to have nice accommodation on site, especially for a wedding. The only, but major downside is that the sun floods the room from 4:30am (during the summer) because curtains do not cover all the windows. Not ideal with young children who need no excuse to wake early!

Overall, the place was ok. We stayed for a wedding but I can't see the justification for charging £350 for one night given the state of the cottage. It boasts that you can cook at the cottage yet the oven was broken and disconnected. Some lights didn't work, lamp broken, dirty and stained rug that looks like it was found at a dump. They have 3 bedrooms that have security code locks but the front doors DO NOT LOCK. They leave them unlocked for any one to just walk in which happened twice. Not good when you have the place to yourself with kids. It's definitely not worth £350 to stay, probably £100 a night would be more suitable.
