Nodwood House Equine is a UK leading Equestrian facility located in the Surrey Hills. If you are looking for an amazing venue with idyllic surroundings and grounds (together with horses) to host your course/ meeting/ event then look no further. A friendly and professional team who care deeply about horses and creating an environment that is based on fun, passion and kindness which extends to our facility hire. The venue is breath-taking, tranquil and peaceful with far reaching views. We are in a great location (very close to the A3) with state of the art facilities.

We offer:

- 2 Studios (5m x 5m) with desk space/ wifi/ seating for 15 in each/ projector space onto wall.

- Use of Open kitchen and seating for introductions/ refreshments/ lunch with disabled toilet and large smart TV.

- Use of first floor gallery if required.

- Indoor Arena (20m x 40m) booked separately

- Outdoor "Infinity" Arena (40m x 60m) booked separately

Housed on top floor of mezzanine with double window overlooking the beautiful indoor arena, Studio 1 is a perfect size to host a meeting or presentation with seating up to 15 people. The room is light and centrally heated and Included in the daily rate is use of the kitchen facilities (teas and coffees included) downstairs. We are a private and friendly yard and your guests will feel at home when they arrive. We can also include use of our ponys/ horses if they are needed but in any case our residents create their own unique ambience.
