September 2024Staff are exceptional. Polite, friendly, helpful, empathetic and go the extra mile. Rooms are spacious, clean, well set out and have everything one needs. Only downside was the distance from reception to the room due to the size of the hotel. However, this gave us the chance to get some steps in.😁

September 2024A one night stay for an early morning flight. We booked a standard double and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a family room. A very large set of rooms with 2 televisions and 3 large beds. More importantly extremely clean and comfortable.

July 2024Convenient location. We needed a place to stay after our flight and they had availability and ease of location. The room smelled like smoke which was not ideal. There was also not any washcloths, however I can’t complain too much since that could’ve been remedied with asking a staff member. The bed was comfy, four pillows. It was very easy to make a reservation, check in and check out. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel offer several restaurants.

September 2024Great stay for an early flight if your on the ball and don’t want to get up at silly o’clock, easy drop off just before the actual departure drop off- easy to find as it’s signposted well, a few parking spaces so no pressure, think you only get 10-15 minutes to make the drop off, then if who ever is staying gives the car registration at check in, you miss having to pay the fee! The hotel is massive and I mean you will could get lost walking the corridors of this soulless but convenient modern pit stop! Plenty of options on the food front (but I didn’t bother) and then the hotel is linked to the airport via reception- you go tru some doors and your in the mist of the action!

September 2024Room was very sparsely equipped, no TV remote, 2 tea bags, 2 coffee sachets and 2 bottles of water. Kettle is attached to a full tray in the wardrobe and has to be lifted to a power socket on the very narrow desk/dressing table. When we checked in we had to ask where breakfast was and what time it started and ended. There were room service trays left in hallways for well over 12 hours. We were not listed for breakfast and had to que although the food was very good. Obviously location is good for Gatwick Airport. I really did expect more and better from Hilton Hotels in all honesty it was only the price that set it apart from its cheaper rivals.
