March 2025Great hotel - traveled here from US for work in Bracknell. The property is gorgeous and the rooms are well maintained and relatively affordable. The staff are all lovely and willing to help where able.

February 2025Came here recently for a two night stay, we were warmly greeted by both gentlemen at the reception who were very helpful, one was Mohammed and didn’t take the name of the second. The room was a really good size and maintained a warm temperature with the portable heater. The onsite facilities are brill, the gym is a nice small space which was kept clean. The pool, sauna and steam room were equally well kept and much needed as part of the getaway. A shame that the jacuzzi was out of action as previously this has been enjoyable to relax in. The breakfast buffet is a bit limited for veg/ halal options, so I wasn’t entirely satisfied. The coffee machine wasn’t as hot for some reason and not as good quality as other Hilton’s and the pastries on offer were very limited, hence the 4stars. Otherwise I’d recommend if one is looking for a break as the availability of the onsite facilities is definitely appreciated and good for unwinding.

February 2025Good location for Thames Valley Park as don’t need to go into Reading. Well appointed rooms, but lack of bedside power is a big miss these days. Spa is the weak spot. The hot tub (no longer advertised) is pending decommissioning, on this visit the steam room is waiting for a new generator and the sauna realistically seats 3. Booked based on location and perfect from that perspective.

April 2025Lovely hotel, room was spacious and well equipped. Spa was very unprofessional, I had an Elemis facial that was clearly done by a therspist who wasn’t Elemis trained so not quality for money Food. Had to send back veggie mousaka as it was raw. Burger was lovely Staff very friendly I would return but definitely wouldn’t book a treatment
