    Fantastic location just off the A14, not noisy and service is fantastic. The staff at reception are amazing. Cannot fault anything here.

    My first visit. Attending a gathering after a funeral. On arrival reception desk not helpful. Just oh yes you're here for %%%%%%. Your room is upstairs. Turn left then through double doors. Had to ask again. Told oh sorry, upstairs, turn right and your room in right. Would have been helpful if someone actually showed us to the room or at the very least given us the room number. Food awful. Tea provided in a flask. Obviously no enough for the gathering they were catering for. Had to find someone to request more tea and more milk. Also scones jam and cream provided but again not enough jam or cream to go round. Would not recommend.
