Set in the Suffolk countryside on the outskirts of Ipswich and easily accessible from Woodbridge and the surrounding areas, Fynn Valley Terrace is a purpose designed and built venue, ideal for for corporate events, weddings, birthday & anniversary celebrations, private and Christmas parties, charity events, baby showers, Christening celebrations, funeral wakes and more.
Visitors enjoy the stunning picturesque views across our established golf course from all areas of our oak-beamed venue. There are extensive outside lawns and terraces, with outside bar, wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue. In addition, the team of on-site chefs prepare a wide variety of menus to a very high standard to suit all tastes.
The perfect space for breakouts from the Oak Room or smaller events for up to 40 people. Private bar and outside terrace. Panoramic windows and bifold doors to outside, really brings the outdoors in. A bright, lights and airy space.

November 2024Went to the launch of Ipswich. Co. UK. Staff where kind when I needed a drink quickly. A lovely place to sit and work after the event. A very plush and nice environment. Lots of staff on hand for anything you need.

December 2024Waited an hour for our breakfast, asked waiter how long our food was going to take, he didn’t come back with an answer so had to go to the tills and asked again and his response was “I think it’s coming”. He must of not even asked, so his colleague ended up answering me. People come after us and ordered got their food before us don’t know why. 3 veggie breakfast was with poached egg but came with burned fried eggs and overcooked rock hard halloumi. Cold breakfast. No extra halloumi received. Kids pancake doesn’t write there is bacon ended up coming with bacon so removed bacon as the child couldn’t wait anymore for fresh one and one of the pancake was burned, so she didn’t eat. Didn’t bother complaining as we didn’t want to wait so much again and I am pregnant so didn’t eat at the end. They didn’t even asked how our food was. Half table was cleaning by taking the plates, but other half was on our table until we left Spend over £125 for 5 of us, but will Never return back. It’s a really shame beautiful place but food and service was awful. Also funny thing was as we were leaving one of the staff was sarcastically saying bye and thank you to me didn’t even turn back and replied. Please train your staff more.
