March 2025Right on the promenade with on road parking free between 6pm & 8am (otherwise its £15 24hrs). 5 min walk to the main strip of shops, bars and eating places. Paid £72 for a great room. Immaculately clean and spacious. Excellent shower and towels. King size bed which was extremely comfy & big sized tv. Bar was a nice place to be and good choice of drinks with friendly staff. Overall felt excellent value for money. Usually on a work trip i lean to premier inn but so glad i chose the waterfront. Would highly recommend it :) 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

April 2025Wonderful, we had a minor issue with one of the windows not opening in our family room and Jean on reception was super helpful and even upgraded our entire party so we could still be together! Excellent customer service! Will definitely stay again :)

March 2025We stayed in a large double room with views and it was wonderful. The only couple of downsides were that we had to wait for a table at breakfast, and had to keep asking staff for glasses, and tea cups, and all the guests had to share a sugar shaker, as there wasn't any sugar sachets on the dining tables. We also weren't told on arrival that there was a private event on when we went to explore the hotel, and when walking into the bar area, we got shouted out by this person who said this is a private event go away. Rude wasn't the word. But apart from those little blips the hotel is lovely.

March 2025Lovely, big, clean room. Check-in was quick and easy. Lounge and bar area was lovely, especially the decor. Only let down was the breakfast. Never seen such a badly organised restaurant. Food running out, many breakfast items, coffee, butter, juice etc and absolutely no hurry to stock back up with staff just looking aimless. Also smell of weed outside the lifts on level 3 every time we used them.

March 2025We have stayed here several times over recent years and it has improved over time. This last visit, much had been refurbished and was clean and comfortable. No complaints at all until we came to the food. Dinners were good, but breakfast on the first morning was cold. We complained and said we were staying a second day so hoped it would be better. It was cold again. After complaining we were offered a freshly cooked meal which was superb. Eva, the member of staff on duty couldn’t have been more helpful, even to making a fresh coffee herself for us from the coffee machine. The drinks on the buffet were questionable. The juices were difficult to distinguish between the flavours and the coffee was awful. I would give 5 stars for everything except the breakfast. Staff are delightful, very friendly and helpful.
