Our Amara Ballroom is our largest event space with capacity of up to 300. With it’s own private bar and outdoor terrace this space is a perfect self contained room for all types of corporate events from conferences, team building, exhibitions to gala dinners. The Ballroom is situated on the edge of our golf course and the floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the grounds and an abundance of natural light.

Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation having been confirmed in writing and then cancelled the following cancellation charges will be employed by the Company and the Client will be required to pay in accordance with the following table for function room hire, food, special equipment and appropriate loss of revenue. Cancellations received up to 12 months: The non refundable deposit will be forfeited Cancellations received 6 months: 50% of the total price and the instalments paid will be forfeited Cancellations received 1 month: 100%

December 2024Our recent stay at the Cotswolds Hotel and Spa was an absolute delight. We booked the Studio Room, and it exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, modern, and tastefully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic feature, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, while the lounge area offered a comfortable spot to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. The highlight of the room was undoubtedly the private patio, which provided stunning views of the surrounding countryside and golf course. Sipping coffee in the morning with such a serene backdrop was a true pleasure. The hotel grounds were equally impressive—well-maintained and peaceful, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The spa was a wonderful bonus. We indulged in a couple of treatments, which were expertly delivered by the friendly and professional staff. The thermal suite and relaxation areas added an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or a rejuvenating getaway, the Cotswolds Hotel and Spa is a fantastic choice. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit! March 2025Stayed and played golf here. Rooms were lovely and the service was fantastic. Rooms could do with baths after a round of golf rather than just a shower. Had the food package too and this was fairly good. Only down part is there is very little atmosphere in the restaurant and in the bar area. The only entertainment we had was watching the poor waiter run around like Manuel from Fawlty Towers and then a lot of noise coming form the kitchen. The course was in good condition for the time of year and you could see they were getting ready for the high summer season as there was construction going on. Would we go back? Yes we would. Thanks everyone!!
