Our venue is located just one mile from junction 28 of the M5, on the southern end of Cullompton. We are also just five miles from Tiverton Parkway train station, and 10 miles from Exeter International Airport.
We have two rooms that are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies. Padbrook 1 can accommodate up to 80 guests, with Padbrook 2 hosting up to 70 guests. For a larger event, why not combine both rooms and have a wedding ceremony for up to 150 guests!
Located on the ground floor inside the main hotel complex, the Padbrook Suite is the perfect venue. We can comfortably accommodate 150 guests, with a dance floor and our beautifully designed hotel bar with patio doors that open out onto our large terrace area. And, after a busy day of celebrations, all your guests can retire to their bedrooms without even having to step outside!
On the ground floor of our leisure complex, the Fairways can comfortably seat up to 60 of your guests and it has its own private bar which is ideal for an informal gathering.

Wow! Padbrook park were absolutely brilliant at helping us organising our pre wedding dinner. My husband and I were getting married at Upton Barn and Walled Garden on Friday 28th June this year and wanted a dinner the night before with some friends and family. Padbrook said that we could do a pre order on the food and set up the dining area for a totally of 35 of us. All the dietary requirements were catered for brilliantly. I'm always a bit sceptical about hotel food but I was REALLY impressed with the presentation and quality of the food as were our guests. Thank you to the whole team for your help from Sarah and Richard replying to my emails, the bar/waiter staff and the wonderful chefs in the kitchen. It was a brilliant start to our wedding. Great hotel. Nice sized clean rooms, friendly staff and really good breakfast. Lovely quiet location too, nowhere near the motorway.

Went for a carvery one Sunday and was very impressed with the food and the service was even better from lovely friendly staff we where running late for our booking due to an accident in the area and the staff still saved us hot food! great service and lovely food! Maybe not the cheapest in the area but worth paying in our opinion!

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was they allow dogs to stay. We were initially put in a ground floor room which obviously had had a dog in and I suffered an allergic reaction. We went to reception and they moved us to a pet free room.
