January 2025Myself and my daughter had the best weekend away before Christmas, the accommodation was lovely, spacious and very clean with everything that we needed. We were minutes from the reception and all the facilities which again were lovely and very clean. Great choice of fun activities for the children Megan, Will and Teb’s were wonderful and helpful my daughter really enjoyed her time with them. Great food and drinks on offer in the restaurant. The best part of the trip for me was all the wonderful staff you have working there, nothing is too much trouble they are so helpful and kind so massive thanks too Chris, Amanda, Jess, Matt, Linda, Stacey, Sandie, Leah and Oscar. You really made our trip the best.

February 2025Myself and my partner had a lovely stay here last week. The staff are so friendly and very attentive. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights and both nights the food was delicious and the waiters were lovely too. We did have a problem with the hot tub one day but we phoned reception and they sent out someone immediately and fixed the issue for us. The site is beautiful and well taken care of. The only thing I would say is that they do come and check your hot tub in the morning which would wake some people if you’re a light sleeper and one morning we also had someone come to jet wash our patio which again would wake some people but to us it wasn’t an issue at all as to us it showed they cared and were making the stay as nice and as clean as possible. Overall we would definitely stay here again, can’t comment on the swimming/sauna as we did use. Thank you cheddar woods for an impeccable stay!

March 2025Having stayed here a few times over the years I would highly recommend. All dependant on what's your accommodation needs are they have a wide range of cabins and each time we've stayed we've been in different cabins and locations on site. Bowling alley, bar, restaurant, pool, arcade room. Hot tubs have been well maintained. The only mark down is some of the rooms are a bit worn in places but would definitely stay again

March 2025We recently stayed for 4 nights. the accomidation though in need of minor repairs was lovely. The kids really enjoyed it, they loved the pool. We had a lovely relaxing stay. The staff were fantastic. We cant wait to visit again.

February 2025Fun place for families. Lodges lots of extra s. Our lodge has lots of damaged bits and bobs such as little dents and knocks on the doors. Besides the damage it usable and quite good. Reception are helpful and friendly. Maintenance man came quickly with a few issues we had. Pool was booked. For the price and location it is good.
