Our VIP Hospitality Boxes can seat up to 20 delegates. However, should you wish to hire all of our VIP Hospitality Boxes for your conference, meeting, or event, they can be combined to allow up to 80 delegates. In addition to this, our boxes also feature wall-mounted TVs, so that you and your guests can easily connect any devices required. WiFi is also included in your room hire.

In the unfortunate circumstances that you need to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking you must tell us by telephone and confirm in writing within 3 working days. Total Cancellation by you in the event that you need to cancel or postpone your entire booking the following cancellation charges will be levied: Over 121 days before the first day of the Event: 25% of the Booking Value; 91-120 days before the first day of the Event: 50% of the Booking Value; 32-90 days before the first day of the Event: 75% of the Booking Value; 31 days or less before the first day of the Event: 100% of the Booking Value

Food is OK, if you like bullet sprouts and parsnips as mother nature intended, just washed.i love my veg but the one a colleague threw at me actually hurt. 🤣 silver service was over the top for the event and the food, young girls chewing gum and taking plates and drinks not finished. One colleague saved her favourite bits until last, only to turn away and then witness her plate disappear. Buying non alcoholic drinks was hard work, wine by the glass was limited to one option, I think the idea is to get you drunk so you didnt notice the band. 😁 NO COFFEE option either. The event organiser had names matched to meal choices and your seat so that was very efficient. Staff were lovely. But get the food and drink package back to basics and just a DJ is fine, atleast people were dancing to his choices. Not a bad experience because of friends but the food was disappointing.
