In the unfortunate circumstances that you need to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking you must tell us by telephone and confirm in writing within 3 working days. Total Cancellation by you in the event that you need to cancel or postpone your entire booking the following cancellation charges will be levied: Over 121 days before the first day of the Event: 25% of the Booking Value; 91-120 days before the first day of the Event: 50% of the Booking Value; 32-90 days before the first day of the Event: 75% of the Booking Value; 31 days or less before the first day of the Event: 100% of the Booking Value

    I attended a training course at this location and was very impressed . The building is very nice inside and the food provided was excellent. Parking was good and the traffic leaving the premises at home time, acceptable for the time of day.

    Had a wonderful afternoon. The food was excellent. The quiz was very good. And the dj played music at the end of the quiz. Would like to see them run the event again. The only criticism is there should be a limit to how many people are in the quiz teams. There were only 2 os us and there were some teams of 6+. Maximum of 4 in a team would be better.

    Three of us attended the Michael Jackson Tribute. A wonderful evening. Everything from the car park attendant to the act itself was faultless. Spotless venue. Efficient table waiting. Excellent food for veggie & meat eaters. Great DJ. First time at this venue but my son especially (in a wheelchair) wants to return. Lovely evening & great value. Thank you to everyone involved & especially to Robin (tribute act) & the DJ.

    Food was wonderful. Micheal Jackson not so. Didn’t come on until after 10pm and was pretty poor in terms of singing but dancing was good. Dj terrible- multiple people reported to staff that it was not only too loud but sound was distorted as the balance was not right
