Where a full cancellation of event, or reduction in numbers for an event accommodation or pre-booked facilities is made, the following charges will apply: 6 - 9 months before date of event 30% of anticipated revenue, 6 months before date of event 60% of anticipated revenue, 2 weeks-2 months before date of event 90% of anticipated revenue, less than two weeks onwards 100% of anticipated revenue.

August 2024A really nice quirky and interesting hotel. After a false start we were put in a room overlooking the square, which was lovely. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The best breakfast we have had in a hotel for a very long time, good products freshly cooked. Will return.

August 2024Great! Slightly faded hotel in centre of Sheffield, extremely well-located for the restaurants and bars on the square. Nice, bigger than average rooms and comfy beds. Easy walk up from the station. Sadly only stayed a couple of hours to meet my Grindr hookup 💦 but would gladly come back again!

August 2024Hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Validating the parking ticket for £15 per night is great. It's in a great location right close to city centre close to lots of great eateries and bars. Would recommend!

August 2024Outstanding. Paid just over 1k for 2 adjoining mezzanine rooms for 4 nights each, so my family could spread out and get a good night's sleep in preparation for a major competition. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable we've ever experienced (I looked up the supplier and they charge 2k per mattress and I'm not surprised). Room was spotless, quiet and air conditioned, and housekeeping was very efficient and respectful. Breakfast was a full English buffet with continental and some other options available. Front desk couldn't do enough to please. Location was great for accessing the town centre and restaurants by foot. Just be aware the recommended parking lot is 10 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay again.

August 2024Stayed there for the long weekend, The service provided by staff was very good, especially Robin. However, The place did get a bit noisy due to the concert happening behind in the square. Pleased with the stay here.
