The experience was exceptional. A manager personally escorted me to my room, which was spacious enough to accommodate my mobility scooter. The room also featured a convenient button for opening the door when exiting, although an additional button for entry would be beneficial. The wet room was well-equipped with a folding seat, ensuring accessibility. All staff members I encountered were courteous, professional, and demonstrated a friendly demeanor.

Nice hotel right in the centre of town. Short walk from train station and handy for the Leadmill concert venue. Rooms are large and clean with a very comfy bed. I was lucky to have a corner room which was very bright and airy. Selection at breakfast is good. Plenty of good, fresh food with healthy options. Decent coffee too with decent size mugs available (still needed three top ups though 😀) Online check in/out is useful.

Been a couple of times. The rooms and public areas are clean and modern. Close to station and shopping. Breakfast is varied-continental and cooked choices well stocked. Had issue on 2nd visit where given wrong room type and none available but given upgrade to superior room with double aspect view. Would recommend as great value for money for a 4 star hotel.
