September 2024Had an amazing time at the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and staff were attentive. Big shout out to Lisa on the front desk who not only got a room ready a bit earlier as we were attending for business and needed to get ready for a meeting but also gave us a lovely upgrade to the Bridal Suite. Breakfast had a great spread of hot/cold foods, pastries and cereals. We worked in the lounge with the complimentary WiFi and had lunch & drinks. Great options for both. This is our second stay at the hotel and we’ll be back again soon.

September 2024We had a lovely break at Kenwood Hall, all the staff were friendly and welcoming especially Lisa at check out and the young barman. Lisa gave us some great advice about the green air charges in Sheffield which we probably wouldn’t have noticed. Also very informative about rebooking. We had a room upgrade and room was very spacious, with patio doors and access out onto a small terrace. Food choice in the evening was limited but very good quality, breakfast choice was very good. I would definitely visit her again

September 2024The location and hotel were great, but made this five stars was the hotel staff. The were absolutely incredible! After 9 1/2 hours on a plane, 1 hour in customs and 4 hours by train and tube, needless to say we were wiped out. Charlie and Sophie went out of there way on multiple occasions to make sure everyone in group felt welcome and had what they needed for a great family vacation/reunion. Absolutely a great stay.

September 2024Enjoyed our stay, good food and great facilities. The Spa treatment was amazing. Lovely staff and very helpful, Lisa on reception was brilliant. The only thing that wasn't so great was that the patio doors had dropped and we couldn't close them. Staff managed to lift and force them shut, but once reopened the same issue again. They need fixing properly. The bath was also very old and stained for a privilege room. Other than that it was excellent.

September 2024Staff amazing special thanks to Lisa and Nicky. We had an attempted burglary on our first night in our room. We wanted to leave the hotel and cut short our stay. Lisa was professional and courteous moving us to a room away from the ground floor. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel is a wedding venue so busy ,,however the staff coped with all the guests politely and in a friendly manner If there was a star rating for staff they deserve a 5 star. They turned a upsetting situation into a pleasant stay. Note to hotel managers. Your staff are a credit to the hotel. Special thanks to Lisa and Nicky.
