This venue was amazing 👏 I was attending a wedding (not mine), so I'm not going to factor cost, but what I can say is this: The food was incredible, very fancy, and just tasted delicious. It's really rich and flavorful. My particular favourite was the pizza in the evening. The delivery of the food was also something to behold, the waiting and bar staff were perfect. Just receiving the food was an event. The range of drinks made the evening really interesting. From ciders to lagers to ales and spirits, they have enough variety that you didn't get bored. This last bit may sound stupid to some, but I love animals, and the cows on their doorstep really made it for me. If I could rate this place higher, I would.

Chloe Caldwell Photography, Hampshire wedding photographer - I've had the pleasure of working at Syrencot this year and it has quickly become one of my favourite venues! As a wedding photographer I've seen many stunning wedding locations, but Syrencot is really spectacular. The landscaped grounds and majestic house in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside is a wonderfully romantic setting. On top of that, the team at Syrencot are hugely attentive and committed to making your day the best it can be - really wonderful. Being based in Basingstoke, I'm lucky to be only 30 minutes away from this wonderful venue and can't wait to return for more weddings soon. - Chloe Caldwell Photography

I can't even begin to describe how beautiful and seamless our wedding at Syrencot was. Our events manager, Paige, was on top of everything from pre-wedding communications to her day-of coordination. They thought of all the little details - at cocktail hour, they put heart-cut strawberries on our buck's fizz and brought us our own tray of canapes. The leftover sparkling was put behind the bar for us. The food was delicious and no table was waiting too long - we recieved many compliments on our choices (the cheesecake was to die for). We had pizza for our evening food and it was one of our highlights - highly recommended. All of the staff were honestly lovely, many of us were chatting to the bartenders in the evening. As a wedding photographer, I’ve worked at many venues, but Syrencot is truly a standout location in Wiltshire. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear how much thought and care has gone into creating the perfect setting for a wedding. The staff are exceptional—helpful, organised, and always willing to go the extra mile, which makes the day run so smoothly for everyone involved. For photography, Syrencot is a dream venue. The beautiful grounds offer endless opportunities for romantic and natural shots, from serene gardens to idyllic open spaces. The venue itself is simply stunning, with its elegant interiors and characterful charm providing the perfect backdrop for every part of the day. The lighting here is gorgeous, whether it’s the soft natural light streaming through the windows or the enchanting atmosphere as the evening sets in. I can’t recommend Syrencot enough for couples looking for a truly magical and photogenic wedding venue. It’s always such a joy to capture memories here!

Best day of our lives. This is the most beautiful venue and all the staff are incredible. When having our food it was like clockwork and the wait staff were incredible and so polite. When staying in the house the cleaning staff were so friendly and so chatty and helpful and everything looked beautiful and you can see how hard they all work. We need to give a big mention to Paige and how amazing she was from planning the wedding to throughout the day. Nothing was to much and she made our day. She always checked in and was so full of energy and was so happy, this was the best day of our lives and we ow most of that to her. We had some issues in the morning (I the bride fainted) and the venue were amazing and so accomodation. The day ran so smoothly and I would do it all over again with the venue and the staff.
