Simply stunning. What a spectacular hotel and spa. Thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay. Staff and facilities absolutely fantastic. Very highly recommend, can’t wait to return.

Just returned from an overnight stay at Boringdon Hall. Dinner, bed and breakfast plus a one hour spa treatment. Quite honestly I can’t fault it. All staff were excellent, attentive and friendly but professional. My massage therapist Aline was excellent. Food was delicious in the Mayflower restaurant and our room spacious and modern with attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Beautifully designed interior, sleek, cosy, welcoming. Had zero faults with our stay, went as a couple but would be even more ideal for groups. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Thought everything was fabulous! Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

We had an amazing weekend! Our second stay here and we could not fault it. Afternoon tea was delicious, our evening meal in the mayflower restaurant was spot on, and the breakfast was just as good with loads of choice. All staff are friendly and attentive. Room was big, clean and the bed very comfortable. The bar staff make a cracking old fashioned and all reasonably priced. The spa facilities are excellent and kept clean and tidy. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our anniversary special.

Really disappointing stay. 5 star hotel with high prices meant our expectations were also high. Room, food and spa were good but service was sadly lacking (certainly didn't meet the price tag). At check in we were asked to book a time for breakfast - unusual, can't recall ever having to do this at any hotel previously. Booked for a leisurely breakfast at 9am as we had treatments at 10.30am. Turned up 9.05am and were asked to wait as others had turned up late. We waited until 9.50am before sitting down to a rushed breakfast. In the interim we were not offered tea, coffee, orange juice or a glass of water. Things were very tense with the serving team and this was picked up by several guests.Again adding to a less than satisfactory experience. We only got an apology for the wait as we left the restaurant after breakfast. Service was not without fault at dinner the previous evening - our drinks order was forgotten, dessert took 30 mins to arrive after ordering and £8 for a side of greens and the French beans weren't trimmed. We did have our breakfast discounted but it did not cover the inconvenience caused. We don't mind paying high prices when service is good but given this is a 5 star hotel standards fell a long way short. Boringdon you must try harder to justify you prices.
