This business centre is based in Stuart House, a prominent headquarters office building in the heart of Peterborough's business district, which is also home to local government and other businesses. Peterborough is an attractive cathedral city in one of the fastest growing regions in the country. It has a strong, active business community and a diverse economy. Over 5,000 companies ranging from large multi-national companies to entrepreneurs and niche businesses are based here. The region has particular strengths in five key sectors: environmental, financial services, precision engineering, media, print and publishing and food and drink. The city is working hard to become the UK's Environment Capital. As one of four environment cities and the base for over 340 green businesses, the right foundations are in place to achieve this ambition. It also has one of the highest ratios of green space per person in the UK.

The space is 12 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with only went to look made it clear I was not going to commit as I was about to go in hospital I was asked to click an email to say I had received a quote I was not thinking straight and somehow on my mobile phone signed a contract they refused my 14 day cooling of period so I had to go along with it I hardly used it I was charged restoration fee when the place was in a mess when I moved in only had a single desk not sure what they where restoring After I left was promised my deposit would be returned within the following month then I complained and was told it was being processed on 3rd July I have now given it 10 days after and still no deposit refund It’s just lie after lie
