A welcoming reception, the room was good, quiet for a hotel. The associated carpark is a little tight, cars only, no large sized ones. Its underground with a tight turn at the end. Its doable with a little care.

Beautiful Hotel with lovely friendly staff and nice clean and comfortable rooms. Very good value for what you pay. The food was also very nice and alit of choice too.

A welcoming arrival and my room was ready early, always a good start. And I was given an upgrade because my first room was very small and cold. The second room was much better. Always worth letting people know if you're not satisfied, rather than moan on social media I find.

I stayed here last week. The price was OK and the location was ideal I visit Nottingham a lot so I try different hotels. This was the 2nd time I've used this hotel. The first time was fine. This time wasn't. Firstly I noticed was rotting pigeons outside of my window. I brought this to the attention of the staff. They confirmed they were aware of them but unfortunately they were trapped below chicken wire and they were unable to do anything about them. I brought this to the attention of the manager who said there are no dead pigeons but brought my attention to an ornamental owl in the flat opposite. I may need glasses to read but I'm not stupid. The main problem was a sharp spring protruding from my mattress. I showed this to one of the house keepers who said she would report it. I also showed a picture of it to the guy who confirmed there were infact decaying birds outside of my room. Unfortunately once again the manager virtually accused me of fabricating the evidence and suggested the picture wasn't from this hotel. My jaw must have dropped when I read his comment. After reading the managers response I phoned the hotel directly. I spoke with the head receptionist who confirmed she was aware of my complaint and would have a word with the manager. At the point of writing this review the manager hadn't responded with a resolution to my situation. Very unprofessional in my opinion Hopefully I'll receive a response shortly
