December 2024Had a weekend break, just me and my wife 7/8 Dec 24. When we parked, the hotel looked really nice. The hotel look big a spacious inside and had a lovely aroma in the air. We were nicely welcomed at reception then went the our room. Good size room clean and tidy comfortable bed, and the shower was powerful. Good breakfast had full English coffee and juice the some pastrys sorted for the day. Definitely go back.

October 2024Have stayed here a few times when in the area, easy to find the hotel. The rooms have the benefit of a couple of comfy armchairs and an occasional table in addition to a desk & chair, etc. Bathroom with a bath and a separate corner shower, space for toiletries, handy heated towel rail. Good service from friendly & helpful staff. The dining room was slightly spoilt being used for storage: plastic trays of glasses & odd furniture displaced from the separate bar area, I spoke to staff about it. Good breakfast, but had dinner here one night of my three night stay, dinner seemed a bit over-priced for what was on offer.

September 2024Nice clean hotel with welcoming,helpful staff. We enjoyed a delicious dinner on the first evening and a tasty breakfast on both mornings of our stay. Lovely Spanish breakfast waiter made everyone smile in the morning! Easy to access the park and ride from the hotel . Only thing we were disappointed in was the afternoon tea , which was very mediocre with mass produced bought in cakes. Lack of people in the lounge also meant no atmosphere. Other then the afternoon tea we would recommend this hotel.

November 2024Not bad in general but... Walls could be thicker between the rooms. TV volume was stuck on 15. Cleaning staff could be a tad more thorough. And the coffee and fruit could be prepared better at the breakfast buffet. There were some bugs/flies in the shower next to the sauna. On the plus side, staff were nice, good facilities and the dinner was superb.

October 2024After this was bought for me, my husband and my son as part of our anniversary. We stayed here as we were taking part in some activities in Nottingham the day after. We checked in by the young man behind the counter that didn't really know what he was doing, looked like he was in a flap. When we got to our room the beds were disgusting. Stains, marks and spillages all over each layer and even the pillows that were in the cases. No protectors on them. I went down to complain and they did sort it out. I made a complaint to which a manager replied back asking what was the problem. After sending pictures and stating how bad of an experience it was I've heard nothing at all. Very unprofessional and certainly won't go there again. Not good at all.
